Wave Internship Terms and Conditions

1. Duration: The internship period shall be for a period of not greater than 3 months, unless otherwise specified by mutual agreement between the intern and the company.

 

2. Responsibilities:

• The intern should submit copies of KYC documents such as Aadhar card / PAN card / Electoral id.  The candidate should also submit a cancelled cheque or bank statement for office use.
• The intern is expected to adhere to the schedule agreed upon with the supervisor and fulfill the tasks assigned within the scope of the internship.
• The intern must conduct themselves in a professional manner and comply with the company's policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

 

3. Confidentiality: The intern agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information they may have access to during the internship and refrain from disclosing such information to any third party without prior authorization.

 

4. Intellectual Property: Any work or intellectual property created or developed by the intern during the internship shall belong to the company, and the intern hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in such work or intellectual property to the company.
5. Compensation: This internship is unpaid, and the intern shall not be entitled to any financial compensation or benefits from the company. However, the intern may be eligible for incentives in connection with their duties as an intern, subject to prior approval from the supervisor.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the internship at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the intern must return any company property or materials in their possession and cease to represent themselves as an intern of the company.
7. Evaluation: The intern's performance will be evaluated periodically by their supervisor based on predetermined criteria. The intern may receive feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills and performance during the internship.
8. Indemnification: The intern agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the intern's acts or omissions during the internship.
9. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore jurisdiction, and any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

 

 

 

10. Refund policy:

• Cancellation: If an intern decides to cancel their participation in the internship program before the start date, they must notify the company in writing as soon as possible. Upon cancellation, the following refund policy will apply:
• Refund Amount:

1. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start date of the internship, the intern will receive a full refund of any fees or deposits paid.
2. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the start date of the internship, a partial refund may be provided at the discretion of the company, taking into account any costs incurred in preparation for the internship.
